Kd-MO系列光矩陣具有領先的模塊化前后插板式結構,由科迪在國內率先應用。
(1)FPGA陣列式純硬件技術架構:
由于無硬盤,免維護,無操作系統,避免了工控式系統的死機、硬件沖突、藍屏以及計算機病毒侵入的問題;而且 啟動速度快(<20秒),穩定可靠,意外斷電不會造成設備受損,可頻繁操作開關機。
(2)模塊化前后插板式結構:
輸入、輸出板卡采用模塊化后插板式結構,可靈活配置不同的信號格式與數量;電源板卡、控制板卡采用雙電源、雙控制的冗余熱備份的模塊化前插板式結構,提高了設備的穩定性。
(3)支持帶電熱插拔,在不經斷電和不改變布線的情況下,只需更換或增加板卡,即可完成在線升級、維護與擴容。
(4)信號接口與信號板卡一體化,解決了虛焊漏焊等影響信號質量的工藝瓶頸,減少矩陣的故障點。
(5)風冷降噪溫控的設計,大大提高了設備的穩定性。

Product Process Structure
The Kd-MO series optical matrix has a leading modular front and rear plug-in structure, which was first applied by Kodi in China.
